We’re ending the cycle of animal abuse through outreach
And we’re making progress: the PACT Act, which makes animal abuse and torture a federal crime, passed in the House of Representatives and the Senate in early November, 2019.
2200 dogs and cats are killed in the U.S. every day in animal shelters. Between 1.5 and 2.4 million animals are euthanized each year for lack of a home. 6000 cases of animal abuse are reported annually, but most cases go undocumented. Let’s make a change.
